It deserves its 3 stars. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a chilled-out base for staying in Varkala. We loved the garden during the breakfast.
There was no water. The bed was very hard here.

this was a nice stay, we would definitely return here. the venue was situated a short walk to some of our favourite tourist spots, like varkala aquarium.
